ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.235 of 2022, dated 04.09.2022, from the file of the third respondent Police to the file of another investigation officer. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in this case, the alleged occurrence had taken place at night hours and that the investigation is under progress.

3.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
