O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.03.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1695 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1695 of 2015, the respondents have not registered a case based on the complaint of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been closed. He would further submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondents are having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
