ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant working in Kanyakumari District Central Co-operative Bank seeking a Mandamus to expeditiously dispose off the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him by way of charge memo, dated 12.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry has been completed and the report has been submitted to the 1st respondent who is the disciplinary authority and they would pass final orders within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to pass final orders after affording due opportunity to the writ petitioner on or before 28.02.2024.

4. With the said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
