The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16190 of 2015 dated 21.08.2015 by the contemnor/respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint, the respondent police had conducted the investigation in Crime No.245 of 2014 and the respondent police could not identify the accused. Therefore, the case has been closed as 'the accused could not be identified' and the same has also been intimated to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
