This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to implement the order in S.A. No. 22365/C/2014 dated 30.01.2023 and to take appropriate action as prescribed under the Right to Information Act within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent would implement the order in S.A.No.22365/C/2014, dated 30.01.2023 within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
