Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the survey report to the petitioner relating to the survey of the land undertaken on 25.4.2014 in Survey No. 435/1, 2A, 2B 1, 2B2 and 2C in Thottanuthu village, Dindigul District within a time that may be fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court on 02.12.2015 has been complied with by communicating the survey report to the petitioner on 01.04.2016 by RPAD. He has also produced a copy of the said communication.

2.Recording the above-said submission, this contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the competent authority, if he has any grievance with regard to the survey already conducted, based on the report submitted to him. No costs.
