Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the educational loan application dated 18.11.2014 and to issue the necessary amount as Educational Loan within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.5230 of 2015, dated 24.11.2015 is violated.

2.In the said order, this Court has directed the respondent bank to consider the application filed by the petitioner seeking for educational loan and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with by issuing an order dated 30.03.2016. He has also filed a typed set of papers enclosing the said order.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open for him to challenge the same in a manner known to law. No costs.
