Prayer in WP(MD). 71/ 2009 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondnet in his proceedings Na.ka.No. 8424/A1/07 dated 15/06/2007, quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction one set of incentive increment for M.Phil to the petitioner with effect from 22/06/1989 and confer all consequential benefits .

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents/Contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.71 of 2009, dated 05.07.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order passed in W.P.(MD). No.71 of 2009, dated 05.07.2013, has been complied with by issuing the proceedings dated 24.07.2018, by the Chief Educational Officer, Thanjavur.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above said fact.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
