ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 286 IPC r/w. 9(B), (1)(a) of Indian 1/3

Explosive Act, in Crime No.363 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit all the offences are bailable in nature and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. Considering the fact that all the offences are bailable in nature, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this petition.
