PRAYER: Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.1364 and 1365 of 2007, dated 28.04.2008. WP(MD). 1364 & 1365/ 2007 :

Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writs of Mandamus, directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner in time scale either as Sweeper or Sanitary Worker as per the orders issued by the Government G.O.Ms.No.22, dt.28.2.2006. For Petitioners : Mr.V.Paneer Selvam for M/s.C.S.Associates For Respondents : Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The Contempt Petitions are filed to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 28.04.2008 in W.P.(MD).Nos.1364 and 1365 of 2007.
