PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Lr.No.

AEE/D/TVNI/CA/F.DOC/D.No.257/2017 dated 27.12.2017, and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to restore the service connection bearing No.315-022-453 TF V at 247/10, Manakudi East, Manakudi, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, forthwith. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:- To call for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Lr.No.AEE/D/TVNI/CA/F.DOC/D.No.257/2017, dated 27.12.2017, and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to restore the service connection bearing No.315-022-453 TF-V at 247/10, Manakudi East, Manakudi, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, forthwith.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for R1 and perused the records. 3.Without going into the merits of the case, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned order has been passed without hearing the petitioner. Therefore, the impugned order is set aside the matter is remitted back to the file of the first respondent who shall issue notice to the petitioner and after personal hearing shall proceed to pass orders. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
