This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to ensure that the petitioner working in a peaceful environment and conducive atmosphere in the 5th respondent government High School, Tharuvai, Tirunelveli District, without any trouble or harassment or torture perceived from the side of the 5th respondent under the guise of false charges and allegation, on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that this petitioner has been suspended from service on 09.09.2025. The order of suspension has been challenged by the petitioner by filing Writ petition before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, there is no further adjudication required to be made in the writ petition and this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
