... Respondent/ 5th Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.913 of 2010, dated 03.02.2014.

Prayer in WP(MD). 913/ 2010 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records of the respondents resulting in the 5th Respondents impugned order dated 11-11-1996 passed in Na.Ka.No.A1/313/96 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to pay the recovered amount of Rs.17,485/- which was recovered from the Petitioners D.C.R. Gratuity amount along with the retrial dues such as Adhoc bonus amount of Rs.2,250/- for the year 1996-97 and 13 days of encashment of earned leave salary to the petitioner.

The Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 03.02.2014 in W.P.(MD).No.913 of 2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would

submit that against the order passed by this Court W.P.(MD).No.913 of 2010, dated 03.02.2014, writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.943 of 2014 has been filed and interim order has been passed in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2014 in W.A.(MD).No.943 of 2014.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
