ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The request sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the property was sold on 18.10.2022 and that objection was filed by the writ petitioner only on 12.11.2022. In any event, the third respondent can no longer go into the petitioner's objections. If the petitioner is having any grievance regarding validity of the same, it is open to the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
