Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to rectify the error of the date of examination i.e., December 2009 entered in the Part II statement of marks and the Convocation Certificate of the petitioner M.Phil., degree issued by the 2nd respondent University with in the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
