Prayer in CRL.RC(MD) No.907 of 2022 :- This Criminal Revision petition filed under section 397(1) and 401 of of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to set aside the impugned order passed by the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No. 1158 & 1189 of 2022, in case of OR No.1 of 2022-AIUMDU, Dated. 13.07.2022 and enlarge the revision petitioner on statutory bail, by allowing this revision.

(*Prayer amended as per order of this Court, Dated 24/11/2022) ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Asif Mohamed, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel@sekar, Special Public Prosecutor for Customs for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 25.11.2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.907 of 2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
