This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering in a civil dispute.
2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the 2nd respondent has not harassed the petitioner and based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main complaint itself was closed, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
