Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the gratuity, earned leave, Spl.P.F and P.F benefits lawfully payable to the petitioner on the petitioner s superannuation as on 31.01.2014 immediately to the petitioner based on the petitioner s representation dated 16.12.2014 submitted in person within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instruction submitted that the above said order has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 30.03.2016 and also produced a copy of the same. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
