This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No. 235/2021 on the file of the Police Station and quash the same in so far as this petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam by way of e-filing in C.No.202500236 on 14.05.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
