Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in proceedings R.NO. 46566/VA2/2006, dated 26/10/2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to regularize the period of suspension with alll monetary and attendant benefits.

The Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 28.04.2008 in W.P.(MD)No.621 of 2011, dated 05.02.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings dated 27.06.2016, by which indicates that the reinstatement of the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the interregnum suspension order, no subsistence allowance and other benefits has been granted.
4. Considering the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents concerned and as and when such representation is made, the concerned respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
