The instant writ petition has been filed by the son of the deceased Government Servant, seeking a mandamus to consider his request for compassionate appointment.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner's father who was working as a Village Assistant had passed away on 04.09.2024, while he was in service. The petitioner herein is qualified with B.Sc., Computer Science and he has given a representation on 2/4
10.10.2024, seeking compassionate appointment. According to the petitioner, he has enclosed all the certificates along with his application. So far no orders have been passed by the fourth respondent herein. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
