Prayer in WP(MD)No.9561 of 2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose the petitioners appeal dated 03.09.2015 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court made in WP(MD)No.9561 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order made in WP(MD)No.9561 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015, is complied with and in support of the said submission, he produced the copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.025395/J1/2013, dated 21.11.2016, before this Court.

3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.11.2016, it is open to him to challenge the said order, if so desired.
