The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Depot Manager (GradeIII) in the Assistant Director of Agricultural Office, Thirumayam, seeking a mandamus to revoke his order of suspension, dated 09.12.2021.
2. The petitioner had addressed representations to the second respondent herein to revoke the order of suspension on 31.05.2023 and on 14.10.2023. The said representations are now pending before the second respondent herein.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/5
4. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 14.10.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
