PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 registered on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 registered on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2023 has been completed, final report is made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time. 3.In view of the above submission, there shall be direction to the first respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. After reciving the final report, concerned Judicial Magistrate is directed to process the final report as per rule.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
