Prayer in WP(MD). 23230/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner in duty with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits payable from20.05.2012 to till the date on which he was provided with duty based on the order of the 3rd respondent passed in Na.K.aNo.A2/922/2012-1 dated 29.05.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon ble court may deem fit.

ORDER

This Court, by the order dated 22.12.2015, issued a direction to the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondent amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by the Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has reinstated the petitioner in service, vide proceedings, dated 25.04.2016, made in Na.Ka.No.A2/581/2016. 4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
