...Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.1410 of 2007, dated 17.07.2012.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in letter no.; 1146/D2/06-1 school education department, dated 25/05/2006 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 105962/ D.1(4)/2003 dated 21/08/2006 and the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No. 10144/Aa3/06 dated 13/09/2006 and Quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as record clerk with all the consequential benefits from the date of appointment.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and wanton disobedience and noncompliance of the order, dated 17.07.2012 made in W.P(MD).No.1410 of 2007.

2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1410 of 2007, dated 17.07.2012 has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
