ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her property to an extent of 23 cents and 297 Sq., feets situated in Nanjai Survey No.47/2C2 of Arappalayam Village, Madurai South Taluk of Madurai City & District, by considering the petitioners' representation, dated 07.12.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed tenancy dispute between the petitioner and third respondent and that both the parties lodged complaints against each other. Based on that, the parties were summoned, enquiry was conducted and the complaints were ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
