2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, in S.T.C.No.1241 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
