When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there is no case/FIR and petition pending against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running his clinic without any interference from the third respondent herein.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
