ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to settle all the Terminal benefits Viz., Gratuity, Provident Fund, Death benefit fund, Encashment of Earned leave and other benefits and pending family pension with proper interest to the petitioner from 19.03.2012 due petitioner's deceased husband namely Govindharaj who was died on 19.03.2012 based on the judgment and Degree passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai in S.O.P.No.1 of 2015 dated 18.03.2019 as per the representation dated 28.08.2025.

Considering the fact that a succession certifacte had been issued in respect of deceased employee, viz., Govindharaj, there shall be a direction to the respondent to grant terminal benefits of the deceased employee / Govindharaj to the petitioner, as directed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, in S.O.P.No.1 of 2015 dated 18.03.2019. Such an exercise shall be made by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
