ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 03.02.2017 and consequence direction to the 2nd respondent to grant patta to the petitioner for the vacant site in Natham S.No.760/15 in Aranmanaipudur, Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.01.2017.

2. The petitioner without exercising his alternative remedy, has rushed to this Court by way of filing this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to approach the District Revenue Officer. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
