This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant No Objection Certificate in respect of land in S.Nos.605/1, 605/2(Part) in New Town Survey No.1/1B2(Part) to an extent of 2403.91 sq.mtrs (60 cents) Ward BP, Block 31 in Kulavanikarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for issuance of No Objection Certificate in respect of land in S.Nos. 605/1, 605/2(Part) in New Town Survey No.1/1B2(Part) to an extent of 2403.91 sq.mtrs (60 cents) Ward BP, Block 31 in Kulavanikarpuram Village, 2/4

Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District in the light of the quashment of award passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.17144 to 17173/2001, 14709 to 14715/2001 and 16987 to 16989 of 2001 dated 05.10.2001 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
