ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) filed a counter affidavit of R.Rajkumar Samul, Inspector of Police, attached to Illayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the Order, dated 09.07.2015, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11139 of 2015, the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District (alleged contemnor), has transferred the case in Crime No.34 of 2014 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Ilayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District, to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Sivagangai, and the investigation is being conducted by him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Furthermore, final opinion from the Police Surgeon is awaited in this case.
