Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action that the subject property situate in Mayakulam Village, Kilakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, bearing Sy.No.363/1 with an extent of 18 1⁄2 cents and the property bearing Sy.No.363/3 with an extent of 02 acres are the wakf

properties belonging to Periya Nainaar Dharga, Wakf property and to be restored and entered into the Register of Wakfs maintained by the respondents 1 and 2 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take possession and control over the above said Dharga and its abetting properties and direct the respondents 3 and 4 to maintain the revenue records accordingly and for further consequential reliefs.
