According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), representation made by the petitioner was enquired by the Inspector of Police, E-3 Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, and in that enquiry, the petitioner appeared before him and made a submission that he will work out his remedy through the civil Court. So, the representation made by the petitioner was closed.
