PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Second Respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass suitable orders deleting the entry of the unilateral registration of sale deed dated 20.11.2008 in Doc.No.1671/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Sub Registrar Office, Thondi and by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2017.

ORDER
