ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is that the authorities should restrain the private respondents from cutting the standing trees in the 2/4

petition mentioned land. It is confirmed by the official respondents that the petition mentioned land is a patta land. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other. The petitioner appears to have lodged a complaint before the first respondent commission. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. Filing a writ petition is not appropriate.

3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to workout his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court or elsewhere, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
