ORDER
This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2017. Consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2016, for provide adequate protection for joining and discharge her duty at 5th respondent school based upon the appointment order in Reference No.APT/2016-2017/29 dated 16.08.2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.22144 of 2017 which issued by the 4th respondent.
2.Inspite of repeated adjournments, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 would submit that this writ petition has been filed seeking police protection, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, for joining and discharge her duty, as a teacher at the fifth respondent's school and now, the petitioner has joined duty and discharging her duty.
4. It is seen that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
