JUDGMENT

*************** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13413 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023.

2.Following the decision of the Division Bench of this Court reported in 2023-3-L.W.758 [The Director General of Police Vs. K.Indhu Kumar], the issue involved in the present Writ Appeal is no longer res integra.

3.In the light of the aforesaid judgment, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Appeal. The learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
