P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the list of candidates called for certificate verification for direct recruitment of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges 2017-2018 for the subject of Computer Science Engineering dated 07.11.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of including of 39 candidates under PSTM Category for the certificate verification and consequently to direct the Respondents No.3 to publish a revised list of candidates for certificate verification within the time stipulated by this Court.
