************* Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21417 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. He further submitted that RCS notice in R.C.S.No.26 of 2024 was sent to the defacto complainant/petitioner but it was refused to be received. 3.In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner/defacto complainant to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 20.12.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No LR
