Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr. No. 449 of 2012 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.03.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4980 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4980 of 2015, final report has not been filed in Crime No.449 of 2012.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report has already been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file. He would further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondent is having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
