Based on the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the fourth respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This is without prejudice to the pending appeal against the order of the fourth respondent under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, before the second respondent under Section 114 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
