PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the complaint, dated 09.09.2008.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the complaint, dated 09.09.2008.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are harassed by the respondent Police unnecessarily, since the first petitioner's son involved in some sort of job racketing issue. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far no complaint has been received against any of the petitioners and not even the son of the first petitioner is shown as an accused in any of the complaints.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), mere apprehension of the petitioners is not enough to entertain this petition. Hence, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
