This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the 2/5

respondents 2 to 6 herein from conducting survey, based on the Memorandum issued by the Tahsildar, Sivagangai, dated 21.11.2017 till the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 20.02.2017 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai. 2.Today(29.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
