21 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Cases, Dindigul to dispose the case on day to day basis ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 02/01/2023 and requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul. vide letter in D.No.162/2023, dated 03/03/2023,this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2020. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 02.01.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.
21 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Cases, Dindigul, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Special Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.
3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Special Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2020 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
