ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks sub division of the petition mentioned land and issuance of separate patta in his favour.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that notice was issued to the petitioner on 16.12.2022 and it was proposed to conduct survey on 23.12.2022 and thereafter take consequential steps. It is not known as to what happened on 23.12.2022.

4. Since the third respondent is already seized of the matter, the third respondent is directed to continue the proceedings and conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent ought to put the other interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
