O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to secure and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu by name Adhithi, who is aged about 17 years. She was kidnaped by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same has been registered in Cr.No.474 of 2025 undr 'Girl Missing'.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent produced the detenu before this Court.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the offences are now altered under POCSO Act and the third respondent was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

5. We enquired the detenu, she deposed before us that the third respondent on the pretext to marry kidnapped the detenu. The third respondent is also a married person. Now the detenu is ready and willing to go with the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu.

6. Recording the said submissions, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
