Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records relating to order passed by the third Respondent in his proceedings in A.Thi.Mu.No.3285/A3/2011 dated 17-05-2011 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to sanction one set of incentive increment for M.Phil., to the Petitioner with effect from the year 1992 and confer all the consequential benefits. This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful and wanton disobedience and noncompliance of the order, dated 18.12.2013 made in W.P(MD) No.6355 of 2011.

2.Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate submitted that an order was issued granting incentive to the petitioner from 20.12.1993.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled for incentive from the date of passing i.e., from 1992.

4.In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he so aggrieved.
