O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- for the loss made to the petitioner by the third respondent including damage.

2. The facts of the case are that the petitioner was forced to register a document at the rate of Rs.3,230/-, when the market value was Rs.1615/- by the concerned Sub-Registrar. The concerned authority has compelled the petitioner to register the document, which was beyond the guideline value. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 11.09.2015 to the District Registrar, Pudukottai, alleging irregularities against Joint Sub Registrar i.e., the third respondent herein. Since the representation was not considered, the present petition is filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the guidelines have been correctly fixed and he would further submit that in any view the representation of the petitioner would be considered and orders would be passed thereon in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
